Introducing SouqBox FaiTH - a cost effective way to manage your existing technology needs
As a SouqBox FaiTH customer, you can relax about managing your technology services. It doesn’t matter how simple or complex your technology is, we can look after it for you.
We have an experienced technical team that already looks after some very complex customer systems so you are in safe hands.
There are 2 simple price options – contract for 12 months and its £89pcm (plus vat) and if you prefer to have a rolling agreement, that is £99 pcm (plus vat). For that, you will have an online portal to share access with us and we will run a monitoring and break fix service for you.
There is a fair use clause on any service ticket you use and then its £95 per hour for any other work you ask us to do which we will always agree with you in advance. This also includes up to 5 separate systems to monitor and if you need us to look after more we can assess that and advise you of any additional cost.
Through our portal, you can raise any tickets and monitor updates as well as have dialogue with the SouqBox engineer who is looking into your issue. You can also find more details there about what we need and essentially we will guide you to set up our team with access to your website tools like your CMS & hosting login.
